About the Author
Cyril Rayan is an entrepreneur running a start-up software company. He has fourteen years experience in the semiconductor/software industry. He has more than 9 years experience in International marketing and sales. In his last position he was a worldwide product manager at ZiLOG, Inc. He is an Assistant Professor at Bethany University where he teaches marketing, leadership and management courses. He is also an adjunct professor at William Jessup University, where he teaches leadership courses.
He is a co-founder of the Potter’s Ministries, which is a Christian non-profit organization involved in community transformation. He is also co-founder of the Christian Open Development Network (CODN), which is an open source movement in the Christian community for software projects. He has a passion to study leadership and is a speaker doing leadership seminars and conferences. He holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Cyril and his wife, Jemima, travel together as seminar speakers and are the proud parents of two children.
